Bethany Vincent, DVM
A 2002 graduate from Michigan State University's College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Vincent pursued advanced training in the form of a small animal internship in medicine and surgery at the University of Illinois. She then returned to Michigan and spent 7 years working full-time at Waverly Animal Hospital, a very busy small animal clinic in Lansing. While there, she had extensive experience with dental procedures including x-rays and extractions and has become quite proficient and passionate about dental care. Her other passions in veterinary medicine include senior pet care, feline wellness, and internal medicine. Dr. Vincent was interested in the Marshall area because it is not too far from her hometown, Concord, and she has fond memories of coming to Marshall Feed & Grain for livestock feed for the "farm" she grew up on. Raising pigs, sheep, rabbits, and a pony for 4-H gave her a strong background with animals from an early age. She has since ended up in small animal practice with cats and dogs as her primary focus. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing, gardening, reading, and baking. Her zoo at home consists of 4 cats and a rescued pit bull mix, "Eva."

Caitlynn, Assistant
Caitlynn joined Log Cabin Animal Hospital in August of 2024, she has plans to go to college to get her vet tech certifications so she can start her own animal shelter and help animals in need. She’s always loved animals and always wanted to help them, she helps on her grandmas farm a lot with horses, chickens, cows, ducks, dogs, cats, and bailing hay. She’s very passionate about her pet family at home, she has three dogs of her own, ones a full blooded Rottweiler (seen in the picture) named Tank he loves cuddles, kisses on the cheek, and to play tug of war. Another’s a rottheeler (Rottweiler and Blue Heeler mix) he’s Tanks son named TJ and he loves to play fetch and tug of war, loves cuddles and kisses. Lastly she has a Mutt named Remington he’s a mix of lab and retriever and other breeds, he loves to cuddle, kisses, and lay on you. They all bring a smile to everyone’s face with how smart and silly they are, they’re Caitlynn's whole world, and the inspiration to build her own shelter and care for animals in need.
